Integrally finned tubes may be made from tubes that conform to one of the specifications for tubes listed in Section II, Part D, Subpart 1, Tables 2A and 2B, and to all of the special requirements of this Article which apply to that product form. In addition, the following requirements shall apply: (a) The requirements of NB-2550 shall be met by the tube before finning. (b) The tubes after finning shall conform to the applicable heat treatment requirements of the basic material specification.
