This versatile recording contains a 10, a 20 and a 30 minute meditation all in one! The first 10 minutes stand alone as a guided breath meditation for beginners. The second 10 minutes is also guided with less instruction and can be used following the first for 20 minutes of guided meditation. The third 10 minute segment is silent, the time being marked by bells at the beginning and at the end. Use it alone for silent meditation or combine it with one or both of the others.
